Orders will ship within a maximum of 5 business days. You will receive tracking information at the time of shipment. Please reach out to us directly with any concerns about your order. 

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges.

Payment will be taken upon the placement of your pre-order and your requested size will be crafted in our Parisian atelier. All pre-orders will ship by the date listed underneath the product photo, typically a month or two after the order is placed. Please let us know if you need your pieces for a specific occasion, and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
